An Exciting housing opportunity for Seniors in Toronto's exclusive Leaside area!

SAHIL is a non-profit, membership organization, located in Leaside. Its volunteer Board of Directors is dedicated to furthering the creation of seniors equity-housing linked-to-services, so that long term residents of Leaside can remain in the neighbourhood they love.

Since the successful completion of its first project, Leaside Gate, members of SAHIL have been continuing to address the ongoing need for more housing alternatives. When this well located site near shops and amenities became available, it was recognized as an excellent opportunity to create a new building. Hours of consultation with Seniors in the community has resulted in elegant designs that will allow residents to age gracefully "in place". Enhanced security, lighting, wider doorways, non-slip surfaces are examples of the small details which make this building successful.
